On two separate occasions within a two-week period, Virginia Stuhler was mistakenly charged twice for individual items purchased at a Carousel Center store, resulting in a negative bank account balance.

And in both situations, the debit-card transaction was placed on hold twice for one purchase. In both instances, there was a delay from the time money was removed from Stuhler
