Open House Attendees Receive Scholarships

Herkimer, NY- Herkimer County Community College awarded two student scholarships at its Spring Open House held March 27.
Katie Frost of Baldwinsville won the $500 Foundation Scholarship and Heather Lengyel of Schenectady won the $250 Alumni Association Scholarship. Both are planning to attend HCCC this fall. Winners must enroll full-time at HCCC and monetary prizes will be applied to the student

Red Cross Lifeguard Training to be held at Liverpool High School

(Liverpool, NY) Onondaga County Parks is offering an American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification course Monday – Friday; April 19 – 23, 2010 from 9:00 AM -3:00 PM at the Liverpool High School pool on Wetzel Road in Liverpool.
