(Oneida, NY) The Oneida Family Y is introducing a new member to its staff, multi-instrumentalist Joe Paul, who will begin teaching music programs at the facility April 26.

Paul started out his musical journey in sixth grade chorus in the Vernon-Verona-Sherrill School District.
