(Watertown, NY – Aug. 6, 2010) The Greater Watertown North Country Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce Northern Federal Credit Union as our newest sponsor of the Jefferson Leadership Institute. NFCU joins Samaritan Medical Center as a sponsor of the program. Samaritan has been a long time sponsor of JLI. Both the Chamber and Samaritan welcome NFCU to the team.
The Jefferson Leadership Institute is a premier leadership development program implemented through the Greater Watertown-North Country Chamber of Commerce. JLI immerses participants in community issues through class sessions held from September through June. The curriculum enables participants to develop their leadership capabilities, build strong professional relationships and encourages involvement through positive change in the community.
