(Volney, NY) On January 23, 2011 at approximately 12:20 a.m. Troopers from Fulton responded to a one car motor vehicle accident on State Route 481 at County Route 57 in the Town of Volney.

Investigation at the scene revealed that the driver, Maikol Moreno, 21, of 303 Beecher Street in Syracuse, NY had operated the vehicle while intoxicated.

Moreno was released with an appearance ticket to appear in Volney Town Court on Feb. 14.
