(East Herkimer, NY) On Sept. 21, 2010 at 12:35 p.m., the State Police Troopers in East Herkimer investigated a three car personal injury automobile accident that occurred on Route 5 in the Town of Herkimer in front of Donna’s Diner.
The investigation revealed that a vehicle driven by Judith Burke, of East Herkimer was facing east on Route 5 and was stopped in traffic waiting to turn left onto Eastwood Drive, while a vehicle driven by Barbara Roberts, of Woodgate was stopped directly behind Burke’s vehicle.
A third vehicle driven by Tasha LaRochelle of Ft. Plain was also eastbound and collided with the rear of the Roberts vehicle. The vehicle driven by
